All Aspect Services ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is a referral-based connection service operating in Northern Colorado. Our sole function is to connect customers seeking property services with independent, third-party service contractors.
All Aspect Services is not a contractor, employer, agent, or representative of any service provider listed or referred through this platform. Each contractor operates as an independent business entity and is solely responsible for the services they provide.
🔗 The relationship exists exclusively between the customer and the contractor. All Aspect Services is a facilitator only and assumes no responsibility for the outcome, quality, or safety of services rendered.
All Aspect Services expressly disclaims any and all financial liability in connection with services performed by contractors referred through this platform, including but not limited to:
- Property Damage: Any damage to real or personal property, vehicles, structures, landscaping, or other assets caused by a contractor during or after service delivery.
- Financial Loss: Any monetary loss, overpayment, underpayment, pricing dispute, fraud, theft, or financial harm resulting from a transaction between a customer and contractor.
- Injury or Harm: Any physical injury, bodily harm, or health-related loss sustained by either the customer or contractor during the course of service.
- Incomplete or Substandard Work: Any service that is partially completed, abandoned, or fails to meet the customer's expectations or agreed-upon standards.
- Disputes & Legal Claims: Any dispute, claim, lawsuit, or legal proceeding arising between a customer and a contractor, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
- Third-Party Actions: Any damage, loss, or harm caused by individuals or parties not directly associated with All Aspect Services.
All Aspect Services makes reasonable efforts to refer customers to contractors who are licensed and/or insured. However, we make no warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any contractor's licensing or insurance documentation.
- The quality, timeliness, professionalism, or outcome of any services performed.
- The contractor's compliance with local, state, or federal regulations at the time of service.
- The contractor's financial solvency or ability to satisfy any claim made against them.
📋 Customers are strongly encouraged to independently verify a contractor's credentials, insurance, and references before authorizing any work to begin.
In the event of a dispute between a customer and a contractor, All Aspect Services is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or intervene in any form. Disputes are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
We encourage both parties to attempt good-faith resolution directly. If resolution cannot be reached, customers and contractors may seek legal recourse through the appropriate local, state, or civil channels in Northern Colorado.
All Aspect Services will cooperate with legal authorities or investigations if required by law, but this cooperation does not constitute acceptance of liability or responsibility for the underlying dispute.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Aspect Services, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue, income, profit, data, or goodwill.
- Damage to property or physical harm of any nature.
- Costs of substitute goods or services.
- Any claims arising from contractor conduct, whether negligent, reckless, or intentional.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of All Aspect Services to any party exceed the referral fee collected in connection with the specific job giving rise to the claim.
By using this platform — whether as a customer or contractor — you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Aspect Services, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the platform or any services arranged through it.
- Your violation of these terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Any dispute between you and another user, customer, or contractor.
- Any property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from services performed.
This disclaimer and all related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this disclaimer shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado. By using this platform, both customers and contractors consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
All Aspect Services reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with any portion of this disclaimer, you should discontinue use of the All Aspect Services platform immediately.
