Depending on the size of your home, a deep clean typically takes 3–6 hours. A 2-bedroom home takes about 3–4 hours, while a 4+ bedroom home may take 5–7 hours. We work until the job is done right.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? ▼
Not at all! Many of our customers provide a key or garage code and go about their day. Your home and belongings are in safe hands. All our cleaning staff are background-checked and fully insured.
What cleaning products do you use? ▼
We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products that are effective but safe for your family and pets. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, just let us know and we'll accommodate you.
What's included in a recurring cleaning? ▼
Our recurring cleanings include vacuuming all floors, mopping hard surfaces, dusting all surfaces, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs), wiping kitchen surfaces and appliances, cleaning mirrors, and emptying trash. Every visit is consistent.
Do you offer move-in / move-out cleaning? ▼
Yes! Move-in/out cleans are one of our most popular services. We do a thorough top-to-bottom clean including inside cabinets, appliances, closets, windows, and every corner — perfect for getting your deposit back or starting fresh in a new home.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or siding? ▼
Not when done properly. We use the correct pressure level and nozzle for each surface. Delicate surfaces like wood decks, painted siding, and roofs get a soft-wash treatment instead of high pressure. We always assess the surface first.
How often should I pressure wash my driveway? ▼
We recommend pressure washing your driveway once or twice a year — typically in spring and fall. Colorado's red clay and winter road treatments can build up quickly. Regular washing also extends the life of concrete and asphalt.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway? ▼
Yes! We use specialized degreasers combined with hot water pressure washing to lift and remove most oil stains. Very old or deeply set stains may require multiple treatments, which we'll discuss with you upfront.
Do I need to be home for pressure washing? ▼
Usually not. As long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas to be washed, we can complete exterior services without you being home. We'll confirm access requirements when you book.
